Ryan is the owner and general manager, he oversees the daily operations at Lancaster and is your primary funeral director. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from John Tyler College with a degree in Mortuary Science in 2009, and holds funeral service licenses in both North Carolina and Virginia. He is married to the former Heather Bryant of Henderson, NC. Ryan Brown's family consists of his wife Heather, their son, Eli, twin daughters, Reagan and Brooklyn, a dog, Gracie. Mr. Brown is a member of Louisburg United Methodist Church. Ryan also serves the community with involvements with the Louisburg Lions Club , as a board member of the Franklin County Volunteers in Medicine, on the board of the Franklin County Educational Foundation and is a Gideon with the Franklin County Gideon Camp. Ryan is available anytime to assist with pre-arrangements and funeral planning.

Amy serves the community as our office manager. She is a native of Louisburg, and has served Lancaster since 1995. She and her husband, Jr. live in the Centerville community and have a daughter, Taylor and son, Mason and are members of Centerville Baptist Church.
|Dana Griffin, Funeral Director and Embalmer|
Dana Griffin is from Nash County and graduated from Louisburg College before becoming a funeral director. Dana works in all aspects of serving a family, from preneed arrangements , care of the deceased, funeral ceremonies, and aftercare. Dana is an animal lover and spends countless hours while not at the funeral home helping to find loving homes for pets.

Sandra is native to Franklin County and retired from Variety Wholesalers. She manages the office at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel and is honored to care for families at a time of need..
|Perry Faulkner, Funeral Assistant|
Perry has served Lancaster since 2007, prior to joining our staff Perry retired from a career with the telephone company under. He and his wife, Barbara live in Louisburg and have two sons, Perry and Jerry. He is a member and very active at Louisburg Baptist Church.

Randy serves the community as a full-time Fireman for Louisburg and when he is on his personal time he chooses to assist in caring for families here at Lancaster

L.S. is a native of Louisburg and very active with church and family commitments. He and wife Angela are members of Trinity UMC. You might also see L.S. with the Louisburg Fire Department, or at the Franklin County Courthouse, where he also works in addition to Lancaster.
|Billy Ayscue, Funeral Assistant|
Billy works full time with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department. He an his wife Kari have one son and live in the Epsom community, where he is active with the Epsom Fire Department.
Connie has served Lancaster since 2005. She and her husband, Mike live in Louisburg and they have three sons, Dale, Michael and Chris. She is a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Mike enjoys serving the community through Lancaster. He and his wife, Connie live in Louisburg and they have three sons, Dale, Michael and Chris. Mike is retired from the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, however sometimes still fills in there when not working with the funeral home, he is also a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Art and his wife Chris moved to Franklinton from New Jersey 20+ Years ago. Art is the elected mayor of Franklinton, a former town comissioner, and a member of the Franklnton Lions Club.
Joan has worked with Lancaster since 2004. She is retired from the Franklin County Clerk of Court's office. Joan and her husband Dan Live in Louisburg and have a son Jay and a daughter in law, Kari.
