Obituary for William Charles Turner

William Charles Turner, 62, of Louisburg, passed away on November 12, 2020 In Raleigh. He was born September 1, 1958 a son the late William and Lillian (Collins) Turner. Along with his parents. William was predeceased by his brother, Richard D. Turner.

He loved fishing, spending time with his family, feeding the neighborhood squirrels peanuts, and enjoyed his dogs. One of Williams favorite things to do was to play UNO with his grandchildren by HIS RULES. He also enjoyed talking to our very special friend Ellis Beasley about life. His favorite quote expression was (Rut Roh). William was a wonderful painter and a very hard worker. His brother Richard Turner was his best friend until his death. He loved spoiling his grandchildren, especially his mini-me, Joshua Nichols. William made the best out of his last years of health issues and will be remembered as a warrior and a fighter. He didn't accept sympathy well and chose to always have a good time anywhere at any time of day.

William is survived by his wife, Letha Ann Turner, his children: Brian Wayne Turner (Stephanie) and Shannon Alethea Nichols (Timothy); grandchildren: Chyanne Alethea Nichols, Joshua Eugene Nichols, Brent Erron Nichols, Gavin Pickett Turner, Landon Wyatt Richard Turner; niece and nephew, William David Turner and Megan Elizabeth Turner; great nieces: Gracelynn Fayeth Turner and Oaklynn Grey Turner; and very special friends of the family, Ellis Timothy and Deborah Beasley.
